Thanks for dropping by. I created this blog so that I could share the knowledge of this book I am reading. It is a text book for Personal Fitness Trainers on how to help their clients. (Paying Clients)
In just a few pages, I have improved my calorie burning big time! I have shared my little tid bits of info with friends and contacts, and all agree these are good tips that no one hears about.
No Personal Trainer? No problem!
Take a few nuggets from my blog, and encounter a paradigm shift in your workout routine.
Now, it’s hard to split the chaff from the wheat, but I do my best. However, I have some syndicated articles on the blog. So if you must read some fabulous articles found elsewhere on the net, then click on the category aptly named “Syndicated Articles.”
If you want to read what I personally write, then you can use any of the other categories, such as Fitness Essentials or Tips.
