First of all, my heart aches for Nicole and the loss of her mother, please show her some love, she needs us right now. I know what she is going thru, having gone thru this recently myself. Love you so much Nicole, and if you need me, just give a shout, ok? Well as for me, I am doing ok, I did survive the dentist, was so scared I was shaking, but was not as bad as I thought. Pretty sore in the jaw, though and I think the stuff they used made me a bit queasy.

It is very important that we take care of our health or else we may land into trouble. Losing weight after pregnancy presents a special kind of problem. At no other time in a woman’s life is she likely to gain as much weight in as short a period. And after having a baby, particularly your first baby, life changes considerably. You might find it hard to make time to exercise. If you’re nursing, you can’t limit calories. It seems as though a lot of of the common avenues to losing weight have been cut off. Though experts recommend that a woman gain no more than about 27 pounds during pregnancy, for some of us, that’s easier said than done.
